Got a chuck roast in the crock pot. Gonna make some mashed sweet potatoes and grilled squash and zuchinni to go w/ it.

I got a couple bone-in ribeyes. Probably will have them with the rest of the kale I have from last night's BLTs.

Made some oven roasted BBQ chicken thighs and legs. I'm really hankering for onion soup but Lucy doesn't like it.

Chop a few potatoes. Chop some zucchini. Chop some jalapenos. Chop some mushrooms. Chop some onion. Mince some garlic.

Fry it all up in butter. Add a carton of Publix medium salsa. Mix it up. Put it in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes.

Serve on tortillas with sour cream and guacamole.
