cj gaddis was a pretty incredible baseball player growing up in dixie youth.. from hattiesburg.. then went on to play football years later at Clemson.

Do you know how many amazing baseball players don't make it to the majors? If a stud football player doesn't live up to his potential he gets a 30 for 30. If a baseball player does the same almost nobody knows.

Pretty much every guy who makes it to triple A but doesn't make the majors could be an answer for this question.

Hell there are guys every single year released in rookie ball who have more talent that 20% of major league guys.

But my answer would be Brian Johnson. Only because he's a pitcher now and hasn't got to the majors yet.

Blew his knee out in AA, I think. Never made it.

Nathaniel "Bucky" Greene, New Iberia. Topped out at AAA, I believe.

Guy I grew up with and played ball with was ahead of Mark Grace in Cubs organization before he got beaned in the head. Never was the same after that
