That's easy.
Yeah, we can talk foie gras, kobe beef, and other exotic ingredients, but seriously, nothing beats grilled corn on the cob.

I'd have to say a bite off of a Po-Boy roll from Geaux Fish.

The lobster ravioli at Cafe Tango comes to mind, but it's a tough question to answer.

True. Love the stuff. Butter a little salt, just a little caramelization. Nice.

Italian friends in New York had me over to their house one Christmas.. The food layout was unbelievable: rice balls (which are cheese-stuffed meatballs, encased in coooked rice, breaded and deep fried to golden brown, pasta and red sauce, fresh smoked meats, fresh local cheeses: ricotta, mascarpone and mozarella.. but the single best thing I've ever put in my mouth was my buddy's Italian grandmother's Sausages.

After Drago's, maybe you swing over to Lamplighter Lounge. Grab ya a cocktail with some good time buddies. They'll treat ya right...

But be sure to drop your laundry off at Young's first.
Single best bite of food is a hard one but it would have to be a chargrilled soft shell crab.

I had so much respect for yo before that post.
Grilled corn...? That's your answer?
That food makes you have to pause and close your eyes because you don't want any distractions? Makes you feel slightly intoxicated and euphoric? Makes your jaw numb? And has you questioning your decision to ever eat a different meal for as long as you live?

Sweetbreads I prepped and cooked covered in a beautiful boursin infused demi-glace.

Hwy 30A area in Fla. Book it when you hit the beach. The lobster based sauce with the dish is a top 5 taste for sure.
