Well, my wife cooked those red beans yesterday for us to have for dinner tonight so we did. I came home and grilled some Cajun sausage to go along with the beans even though they have smoked sausage in them. Good stuff!

Who can complain about a good plate of the traditional Monday meal?

Got a little of my homemade pepper relish on the side.

Monday Red Beans Tradition

this is the reason i grew to hate red beans. EVERY monday we had red beans when I was a kid..... once i was on my own i didn't want to see another red bean..

Now , I cook them myself...life is funny.

Couldn't really tell from the picture. Is that a grilled chicken leg?

Dammit, you did it again. I've drooled on my desk again. Nice touch with the pepper relish.
