Well I've been on the Bistro Daisy bandwagon for a couple of years so I'll agree.

The underrated in NOLA are the nieghborhood holes in the walls of the city, not the high cuisine of the world, things that make you want to dance.

Two places right by each other.
Venezia- doesn't get talk about here a lot but a classic new orleans place.
Taqueria Guerrero- people will disagree with me, but my favorite tacos, pupusas, and enchiladas in the city. And the soups are perfect for days like today.
