Was coming here to post the same.
He was basically saying that all these thugs get their guns by legal means and if it was illegal to own a gun, Javon wouldn't have had one.

Was about to post same thing. Would love to l know if he even had his gun legally. Whitlock and Costas are both punks!

I'd personally rather get shot to death than beat to death by a NFL linebacker.

You should quit watching the NFL to protest. That'll show them.

Lost all respect for him there. The fact that he thinks that making gun illegal will solve this problem is beyond stupid.

Will go back and read through the responses in this thread tomorrow, but this shite is getting out of hand. Autozone didnt get nearly enough pub, hopefully Costas gets fired for this shite.

Are you fricking kidding me? Just watched the YouTube video. Instead of banning guns, why don't the groom kids at a very early age in gun safety? Make it mandatory like you would the DARE program.

A national sports telecast is not the place for promoting personal political views. I wanted to reach into the TV and bitch slap that idiot.

Between Goodell, what seems like three fricking months of pink, personal fouls for everything and all the liberal shite in between, I've pretty much stopped watching the NFL.

This whole thing is sickening. 1. It is absurd that they blame it on the gun and not the individual.

2. It is disrespectful to the families of the victims, to use this tragedy to promote their agenda. Especially on Sunday night football.
