Beef Bourgendaobn "sp". I made a roux, braised some cut up NY strip steak after marinating in Garlic Terryaki for two hours.
Put in some steak cut mushrooms, red pepper, onions and let it melt down with a cup of low salt beef broth.
Made a thick gravy over rice. Best ever. Lucy will wake up in half an hour and demand that I make it again tomorrow.
This is one dinner that dogs will not get.

Turkey soup. It's good, but not delicious. Still trying to figure out how to get it to the next level. I'm used to making delicious soup!

I made turkey soup too, but made it Southwestern Style with black beans & corn with a tomato base. I have to say it was pretty good. The boy ate 3 bowls of it!
