The author is not being intellectually honest. You can't claim that LSU fans merely distilled the entire issue into a question about Mo's attractiveness just because you choose to ignore the threads on the actual sports part of the website regarding her potential football prowess.
That thread was on the O-T. Of course it's not going to have anything to do with her football abilities.
I understand why he chose that particular thread and how it fits the article's context. But to say that it was the only type of discussion that was had on the subject is disingenuous.
Besides, there are WYHI threads for any female that shows her face on TV. It has nothing to do with LSU fans trying to tear down their athletes.

Btw, I just read the article and I've got even more respect for Mo. She has overcome a lot in recent years. I hope she's good enough to make the team. If not she's still a great tiger and a great person
