Woldenberg Park:

NOLA- Vietnamese stuffed chicken wings

Boucherie- Roast Beef poboy

Crescent Pie- Creole Chaurice on a stick

Jackson Square:

Muriel's- Crepes

Galatoire's- Fried Shrimp BLT po boy

Mint:

Three Muses- Lamb Sliders

Amy's Vietnamese- Crawfish eggrolls

Only a couple of these are new ones for me. What else should I had to the list?

Additions to my list

Jackson Square:

K-Paul's- Butterbeans w/ trinity, chicken, pork, andouille, tasso, & duck

Blue Dot Donut- Maple Glazed Bacon Long John

Woldenberg Park:

Crescent Pie- Creole Tomato & Shrimp Chow Chow

Grand Isle- Shrimp and Grits

Royal House- Crawfish Cakes

After two days I was able to try everything on my list except Galatoire's- Fried Shrimp BLT po boy. I blame getting too drunk and losing track of time although I did have many additions to my list. Best things were the Roast beef poboy, crawfish Eggrolls, crawfish cakes, and the crepes. Besides the food Flowtribe and Colin Lake put on good shows.

Also needed to eat after the fest so stopped in Stanley for a Korean BBQ beef poboy. Like everything else I've had there it was great.

My go to, I know the chef's kids and they usually work the tent.
I get these every year, usually first.

May go out there for lunch today. I bet its easy to park close.

If you have an iPhone or an Android get the app.

Its really neat you can set a personal itenerary, see what bands are playing and see the menu/prices of every vendor, plus it has the map.

Vaucresson is all I ever need. The rest is just gravy.

I really disliked Vaucresson when I had it last year or the year before. It was too spicy and too rough for my innards. Hard to digest and left me wanting nothing else to eat the rest of the day.
