No fix. Nothing ridiculous like that. But, something happened to this team and coaching staff.
Maybe Bama just got in their head. We didn't play LSU football, though.

Dd you guys that were there not see our guys in pre-game? They were jacked sky high. They were jumping and body bumping. They were amped. I witnessed no hunt of dissension. What happened? Alabama. A solid well-executed game plan that drowned out ours. Would simply having inserted JL made a difference. Probably not. Should we have anyway? Probably so. We just got rolled people. Stop looking for smoking guns and making excuses. And we will be back. And the Miles haters will temporarily crawl back in their holes waiting and watching for their next opportunity. it's the familiar pattern of a portion of our fanbase.

I want to make an informed decision but they are not allowing me to do so. Therefore, I must assume all rumors are true.

If T Bob and JJ got into a fight, JJ wouldn't have made it out of the locker room. Secondly, the reason we seemed like a different team is because we got our asses whipped from the kickoff to the last second. We got out coached and outplayed. All of these theories are getting ridiculous.

This.
Think about how much time these two coaches spent together in general conversation. Look at the demeanor of the two coaches leading up to the game. I've never seen Nick Saban so laid back and care-free. I think that what we all witnessed was one coach that figured out the key to unlocking the secret to stopping the other's team. They appeared to be two fairly evenly matched teams in the first game. I don't think Saban believed that they were as closely matched as the rest of us did. He spent time correcting the internal failures that they had on Nov 5th and came back with his team better prepared. I think Les became emotionally intimidated by Saban as they spent time together. Did you notice the pre-game show how Saban took the long way to his pre-game interview when they arrived at the arena? He walked all of the way across the field to circle Les, who was at midfield. Mind game! I've got my team ready and there is nothing you can do about it! Just the view from an outsider.

What? Are you T Bob's MMA coach?

I spoke with someone at lunch (known him for 6 years or so) who I ran into at the gym and was in the lockerroom.
Nothing happened.
Very quiet. Team obviously upset.

You guys sound like a bunch of fricking pussies. This team just straight up got their arse beat. There was no fix, there was no drugging. Come on people, quit trying to make excuses. Bama is probably laughing at all these stupid arse excuses. Take it like a fricking man, WE LOST.

i agree that something happened to cause us to get our arse kicked. yes bama played great. yes bama was prepared. yes saban outcoached miles. but why? i also saw the faces. JJ's face w/ the 1st snap was apprehensive. he looked scared to death the entire time.
the defense played unusually amazing considering how long they were on the field. they did not appear to have given up tho they looked disgusted.
so, not taking credit from bama - just saying there is something we don't know that caused them to not play like they normally do. they are the 4th quarter kings! i am never worried when they are losing the 1st half, but after the 3rd quarter was over, i was in disbelief that les had not made adjustments. the fail that occurred by doing the same thing over & over was insanity on his part. he is not stupid. the team this year, in spite of mediocre QBs, hung tight to win everything else this year. why not play in this game? there is a whore in the convent somewhere.....

This could quite possibly be the stupidest thing ever said on the Rant.
No, this is the stupidest thing ever said on the Rant.

a little "something" in the pre-game meal that would dull their senses...something to slow em down a bit...
only wish they would do a blood or urine test right after to see if there were traces of something...this entire team seemed tired, flat, disinterested and so did their coach

This supposedly happened before the game.

Some of it is humor or wind-up. Have to sift through it all, though.

Would not surprise me one bit that JJ forced his hand on the coaches. The irrational use of JJ since his horrid play last season has had me baffled completely and completely goes against logic.
After his play in the SEC CG, I am sure many of his teammates weren't happy with his play and wanted Lee in there. For whatever reason, Les refused to go with a change, and it became obvious in the title game that the players had enough and just quit. Think about how many seniors weren't in the game on offense in the 4th. Think of the fact Shep was pulled for Landry (A JJ fanboy on the team) in the second half.
I've never seen a team that disorganized or play that badly. At least OSU in their loss to UF looked amped and like they tried the whole game. This team straight gave up in a game that could still have been won in the second half.
