My wife is from Birmingham. Her parents and 4 siblings still reside there. We go there every year for different holidays and I'll be headed up there tomorrow. I honestly can't wait to drive through Alabama with my gameday flags flying off of the window seals. Fortunately enough, because my wife is an LSU alum, her parents are HUGE LSU fans. I don't have to hear any crap while we're visiting, we actually talk about the psycho neighbors and her parents' coworkers and how they can't stand LSU. But boy it'll get bad when we go out in public, especially when my wife and I wear LSU apparel (which I plan to do every day while we're there). There's nothing like rubbing shite in the faces of people you've beaten and plan to beat twice. They get so bitter and use the lamest excuses for past defeats it's hillarious.

If they dwell on the missed field goals, then point out to them the LENGTH of those field goals and ask them why Bama couldn't get any closer to the red zone to make them comfortable for their kickers.
A red zone btw, that Bama only entered ONCE THE ENTIRE GAME! They couldn't even get there in OT as our defense drove them backwards.

Living in alabama with my auburn fan wife, we do this every day. She has even decided to fly one of my LSU flags on her car this season as well. Most of her Christmas from me was LSU related also.

My wife's friend married an Alabama grad and once a year at Chrismas when we visited her mom we would go to the friends house for cocktails. This dude would lie in wait for me .
Year after year, same thing.
Well, this year he got caught screwing a stripper and now is kicked out the house. Damn, the only time I might find the conversation interesting and we aren't going for cocktails.

I had simple reply that took them a few minutes to figure out.
