I don't care what y'all haters say, I think we will need this guy (again) at some point in 2011.

He'll be ready.

Dude could have assumed the fetal position after the entire sports nation was making fun of him in 2008. He could have transferred. He could have gone Ryan Leaf in the locker room.

He stuck it out, took the high road, and he just keeps on working to improve.

I hope he gets a shot in an NFL camp next summer because he still has a quick release and live arm.

Holla at ya boy if you are a JL fan....

Was a big fan last year, especially after the UF game (who wasn't), but then realized both of our QB's have pretty good strengths and BIG weaknesses. We'll use the 2 QB system again this year, but with way better results. Everyone talked about how much JJ would benefit from a QB coach. Same applies with JL.

We need em all to be ready, in case. There's always a chance they'll need to go in. I'm with you.

I'm a fan of the guy, and I admire him for the adversity he has faced, but you're out of your mind if you think he's playing in the NFL. Seriously. Out of your mind.

i think pretty much every lsu fan knows we will probably need him some time(s) this year. esp. if what i saw in the cotton bowl continues; that is more designed runs by JJ. i used to think that what JL went thru was sad but have modified that. not everyone can be as great as they dream of in high school. at least he's suited up in the purple and gold and has participated in some damn memorable games rep.ing LSU. more than me and most others too. i wish him well in whatever endeavor he decides to pursue.

Good, only took 4 years

Problem is...Ryan Leaf is a better QB

Needs more work

to throw off his back foot.

Sorry, couldn't resist. But if you can't see he's just not that good, then you are just blinded by your man crush.

We would've had 4 losses last year without JL.

I admire JL for being true to LSU. He has faced adversity and has had bright spots that salvaged last year. Kudos to a true Tiger!

BUT, no man-crush here.

I support any Tiger on the field. I may not personally agree with the decision to play certain player.

I have always been a Lee fan...he just got thrown into a bad situation as a freshman, and it hurt him mentally. Like others have already said, he has issues with consistancy. He will complete 7 passes in a row, and then miss 5 straight passes.

We lose the UF and Tenn games without Lee saving Jefferson's arse
