Forgive my ignorance, but this is new to me.

I don't like it. Not one bit.

I'm sure there is a reason for it, but it blows imo.

I would say a month ago. I was kind of upset about it also. They say it is a quality issue.

Yeah, it's somewhat inconvenient...but quality comes first.

Not only quality but it also gives the beer a longer shelf life.........So if you get some Abita strawberry now you can keep it stocked for until the end of summer.

Agreed....but any good LA redneck should know how to open a beer with their knife.

I'm just glad they put the beer in the bottle. Who cares what I have to do to get at it!

Glad they did it, but I almost needed 10 sutures to fix my hand yesterday. I get the strawberry for the ol lady and I didn't pay attention to the box... But, it should be able to make the beer stay fresh and last longer.

Oxygen + beer = nastiness; O2 causes your beer to become stale. Pry-off does a better job of keeping the seal my friend

I bought 2 six packs of strawberry this year.

the first one was early in the season and twisted

the second one was later and had pry tops.
