Is Cole Allen a DEI product?

I find it hard to believe an engineer would be dumb enough to think he would actually hurt anyone with that type of shitty shooting plot. Is he DEI? Dude has to have an IQ slightly above a rock

DEI is an overtly racist system. It’s illegal and unconstitutional based on recent SCOTUS precedent. It’s not racist to question whether a seemingly unqualified minority benefited from the illegal and racist DEI system.

Go search DEI in the history of this board. This post may be about this one person. The term on this board has basically been used to describe anybody who has achieved any perceived success academically or professionally that isn't white, most predominantly black people.
But none of that is my point, this is a free space where many have said much worse and it's been praised, so just say what you mean. No one is going to stop you or care cause you're amongst like minded friends.

Great point. DEI doesn’t just hurt others who are actually qualified or deserving. It also hurts the beneficiary by putting him or her in a position he or she is not qualified for.
