Did you have a 2.0 GPA in high school and got a full ride in college? Be honest. Your posts are pretty dumb

Goddamn genius and a real DEI dandy.

I'm not an engineer, but what's wrong with PVC pipe?

I'm genuinely curious. I'm not defending the POS.

Great point. DEI doesn’t just hurt others who are actually qualified or deserving. It also hurts the beneficiary by putting him or her in a position he or she is not qualified for.

For anyone not an engineer it's fine, but PVC is designed for water/sewage systems.

As Mech Engineer he should have used better, cheaper, less bulky materials that would stand up to stress/strain and time better.

It's like if someone does Karaoke, that's fine, but if a professionally trained singer from Juilliard does it you expect a higher bar, even if they are a student.

He went to Cal Tech, that whole thing is half assed.

One of the most racist things posted on this board, please point out one of “us” have agreed, supported or longed for it. Then explain how selecting or promoting somebody on race isn’t racism. And when you say “you” understand some of us who you may be calling racist actually have adopted siblings that are minorities and absolutely detest DEI because they are superior in at all levels and the DEI hires embarrass her!

See that's the thing. I'm giving you all more credit than you think because I don't think those of you who are truly racist and follow this path are idiots. Because idiots couldn't come up with the logic to get to the point where we say DEI, is racist. It's literal gaslighting and you have to have understanding to do it. DEI existed in the sense you all believe for what reason? Not to include those who did not have merit, but to include those who did because they were purposefully shut out. You all understand that fact and choose to ignore it.

Now can't that go to far, YES! But to can nepotism. Nepotism of family, faith, race, political ideology and so forth. So then why, are DEI initiatives such the primary target? Because of the perception of whom it primarily promotes (even though that perception is false).

That's why I said, just be real about it cause no matter how you try to twist it or attack me, that's the truth of it.

That set up of his reeked of a sixth grade STEaM class project that took second place at the science fair.

Some people do get selected because of their skin color or sexual perversions.

Are you saying this doesn’t happen when liberals are in charge?

One project/club I worked in college, I was on a team that built a solar car from scratch(This was a long time ago).

The Mech Engineers designed and manufactured a lot of components.

https://www.americansolarchallenge.org/vehicle-classes/

This is what College Mech Engineers are capable of, especially at top schools.

He had the education and he had access to the tooling.

And yes, there were black kids on the team, and they knew how to design a car lol.

I think they call that "proof of concept".

realization of a certain method or idea in order to demonstrate its feasibility

If a company liked it, they'll jazz it up and overcharge for it.

1. I'm not calling LGBT a perversion. That's with them and God.

2. With that said, YES.

3. But that is an overcorrection and not the standard. DEI was on its truest, a check and balance, that could be overutilized. However, doesn't mean every person you disagree with should be scrutinized in that regard cause most truly did earn it. Again, a form of racism or bigotry, by minimizing anyone who could potentially meet that requirement for benefitting from it.

So to that, how many times have you seen on this board, DEI being hypothesized of a white woman? Because they are DEI beneficial as well.

You just admitted you believe liberals use DEI to advance some people because of their skin color

Case is now closed.

So most white people never benefited from "white privilege"?

That's like every 5th post I make.

White women have fooled you all into supporting DEI, they take the best jobs.
