Welcome to the right side of history. Start hoping Jay can land another generational pitcher to lead his weekend rotations or else we’re going to struggle to make a regional

This is the worst team LSU has had in 25 years. Jay had more than enough resources. Absolutely embarrassing and unacceptable.

I don’t understand knocking a coach for not being as good if the players aren’t as good. Last I checked you need elite players. He’ll have more. And then what happens?

He's below average. No average coach loses a game they were winning 7 - 2 in the 7th

You know how many lucky plays we had to have just to get to the WS finals when we had Skeenes and Crews?

Last year was his only good year. I'll give him that.

So now Jay just isn’t good then and never has been? If he left in the offseason, no biggy?

Things suck right now, but I have think we’ll be back.

Jays system is built.on developing hitters. We should be looking to retain our young hitters and target 2+ years hitters in the portal

Providing proof to dumb opinions would probably help. Having a rough year isn’t proof as that’s happened to most or all coaches. Including MS States highly heralded coach. So let’s see some facts to back them up.

10 more SEC games in the regular season then this mulligan experiment disaster ends.

JJ is forgiven because of the nattys but soon they’ll be long in the rear view mirror.

This cannot happen again or we’ll be looking for a new coach in 2027.

What about when the best defensive team in school history made a 2 run error 2 innings prior? Was that not Arkansas getting "lucky as frick?"

He beat the best team in America, the best team in America in 2026, and a team that hadn't lost a game since April.

Super easy path in Omaha.

The right side of history is the side against the guy who won 2 titles in 3 years? Got it.

Also, it sure did suck that Jay landed a super star who was developed by Yeskie in Kade Anderson. That is somehow a negative for his resume.
