Smoking pot near a Louisiana campus could become a felony

Real weed should be illegal solely because now large parts of this country smell like a skunk

It’s trashy, it stinks and the downslide of our country correlates with the mass acceptance of marijuana.
Start with lsu and expand this from there.

Tread carefully. I discovered yesterday that there are a lot of OTers who are the types who make being a pot head their whole personality. And if you say something innocuous like "I don't want to smell weed in public" they'll react like you ran over their dog.

They need to ban alcohol while they’re at it too IMO. Too many people do stupid things when they drink out there. Too many people have to go to the ER as well from consuming too much alcohol on gamedays every Saturday.

I'm for outright banning of smoking weed in public. I'm also for banning people who don't wear deodorant in public. However, i don't smell BO sitting at the red light, or in the parking lot of a store. Though the odors are the same.

Sure work on that too but only one of the substances discussed in this thread is causing shots to pop off on campus.

Feel free to criminalize it, but making it a felony is obscene. I have very little faith in the Louisiana legislature, but even I don’t think they are stupid enough to pass this in its current form.
