Probably when we have more than one SEC caliber player.
Look, I have no doubt that something is percolating beyond the eyes of the media, and that there is no real rush since there is plenty of time to enroll. It would just ease the everyone's mind if some things start to pop.

Getting him away from Oregon is going to be a massive uphill battle with their NIL backing. If the staff can pull this off it’ll be the biggest win of the cycle so far.

Not panicking but the idea that Wade is silently playing 4D chess while we watch 95% of the top prospects sign with other schools IS panic inducing whether you want to admit that or not. We don't have much info to work with but it seems like Wade is banking on the 5th year thing and getting a G leaguer or 2 eligible. If it works out, he is a mastermind but if we fail on both fronts, we will be up the creek so to speak. I'm sure Wade has a plan B but waiting in silence is nerve racking.

Oregon basketball is a different deal than football. We can bully them in basketball if we want.
I don't think Ugochukwu is a sure thing starting PG for us next year. Would love to add him though. Certainly would play a lot.

Well that's good to hear regarding the financial aspect. Agreed. We need high-upside dudes. WW will have time to get him SEC ready.

It’s pretty silly to even be concerned with recruiting right now. Just because people aren’t blabbing about every little thing and media members/posters aren’t posting every rumor they hear on twitter or on here doesn't mean everything is falling apart. Do you really think our current coaching staff completely forgot how to recruit players and has no idea what to do? There is absolutely nothing to worry about right now.
