According to a press release from the Lake Havasu City Police Department, Sheets was found dead from an apparent suicide around 2 a.m. local time on Wednesday, April 22, after officers responded to “a reported deceased individual.”
“Upon arrival, officers located a male subject who suffered from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head,” per the release. “The male was pronounced deceased on scene, and the Lake Havasu City Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit was notified and responded to the scene to assume the investigation.”

If you lined everyone up on that show and told me to rank them on who would commit suicide, he would probably have been near the top of the list.

Mark Balelo, who was a guest bidder in seasons 2-4. He committed suicide shortly after filming his appearance in season 4.

Guy named Mark Belalo, I actually worked with him for a while in Southern Cali. He was from Brazil, one crazy arse mofo. Good dude tho, he was self made. At one time, he had one of the largest valet operations in Cali. He moved here from Brazil and lived out of an old Cadillac he had bought until he got his valet business going then he was quick rich.
