To the point I have all but checked out, and given up on politics. I will still vote and voice my opinion as needed, but that’s about it.

I hate being doom and gloom but the Republicans have been an absolute clown show, and appear to be even worse than I suspected. Trump 2.0, especially post Charlie, has been a huge disappointment. It’s simply not what people voted for. I don’t care about all this foreign policy bullshite while all the domestic concerns continue to get turned up to 11. We are on the verge of losing our country to hordes of 3rd worlders and they can’t figure out how to stop it.

Most of the conservative podcast bros are more concerned about their little personal infighting than what it takes to actually save our country. I could not give a frick less about anyone’s personal beef with someone else, and that goes for Trump, Tucker, MTG, whoever. Deal with your personal issues and beefs off to the side, the political field is for moving forward good policy that helps our country, period and end of story.

Whenever the next Democrat gets in. The flood gates will be opened, we will see 50 million plus immigrants in a 4 year span. It’s absolutely coming

AIPAC funds both sides of the aisle. It's all an illusion. Ironically, Charlie was just figuring it out...

Yea feel the same way. The left/israel taking Charlie out has really caused an issue. Trump after Charlie has been a lot of bad decisions. The right is always a shite show when it gets power but this time feels worse.

The youth was shifting right but now with Erica letting Ben Shapiro and his backers get their greedy hands in at TPUSA is going to knee cap it bad.

It’s extremely disappointing. I guess enjoy your days now because the inevitable will happen and there’ll be no rewind button at that point. We’re screwed!

At some point Trump is going to have to take responsibility. He has flip flopped on a lot of issues to the point you can’t trust many of the jumbled words that come out of his mouth. FISA, no new wars, get rid of H1B, mass deportations. Flip flopping in all.

Oh, they can figure out how to stop the invasion. They just won't. It will start up again as soon as Trump is out of there.

I am about to check out myself. Voting is an illusion, so I am not even going to do that.

We aren't voting our way out of this.

Remember when the SPLC call TPUSA a 'hate group'?

If he wanted, Charlie would have been President. He galvanized the country in a way that Trump thought he could but can't.

But the moment he died is the moment the Republican party as we know it and the movement that was spawning ended.

Yeah. Honestly, they tried to kill Trump twice, they openly wish for it everyday without much consequence, they murdered Kirk in front of his family...and...what?

- I think the administration is doing a reasonably good job pushing toward a Fortress Americas future. But like all things Trump, he's easily distracted and sells whatever he think is tethered to his legacy the most at a given time, so right now it's 100% finding a way to claim a win in Iran.

- Like happened with his first term, the next President, even if a D, will continue some of this work. But instead of constantly telling Americans what the movement has laid the foundation for, it's constant deviations into squabbles.

- Meanwhile, every other Republican is mostly worthless. USAID and the rapid decline of DEI are genuine Ws, but we've honestly done very little in terms of giving the left "something to think about" when they move forward to harm normal Americans/families when they have their next chance. It's just a huge miss. The SPLC thing is a bright spot, we'll see how that goes.

How did Trump win then?

Blackpillers are just giving comfort to the democrats and GOPe.

When has checking out and doing nothing ever solved a problem?

If our Founders had this lack of resolve, we would still have a monarchy. People today are just soft and lazy.

Charlie was a nexus point for truth.

He was able to get the truth out because he created an organization that did that and didn't count on any of the main stream media.

He was the reason why trump won in 2024.

The republican party is lost without him.

Yep the party is lost without him and TPUSA might have swelled in ranks post murder but Shapiro and others are busy ruining it.

They had to give it to Trump because his support was overwhelming. They knew that they would block him in Congress and in the courts.

Checking out will not solve the problem. I am incredibly involved right now - one of about 100 people max around this state. Getting others to even send an email or attend one meeting is incredibly hard. We can't do it alone and I am getting tired. You can't just vote and think that you have done all you can do.

Glad you mentioned the founders. America was built by people who expected self government to require vigilance. Freedom doesn't run on autopilot. They were willing to lose everything and even DIE and people now won't even go to a meeting. People are indeed soft and lazy, but I am not one of them. I have been working hard for many years. The men in this country need to stand up.

What are you doing? Do you call, write, or send emails? Do you attend meetings of patriots? Do you go to board meetings or to the legislature?
Do you walk neighborhoods to talk to your neighbors? Do you attend local RPEC meetings or state RSCC meetings? I've done all and more.

If someone is interested in getting more involved, I am happy to help.
