The Hornets actually have a great young group that play hard and have ignited their fanbase. Anytime things were shite for us (which is usually) I could always take solace in knowing the Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets were equally as hopeless. Not anymore.

we all laughed at the Pistons, Rockets, and Hornets in the past 5 year and now our absolute ceiling seems to be a play-in team while the Pistons win 60, the Rockets win 52 back to back years. At least we can still laugh at the Jazz and Wizards, right?

Records since 21-22:

Hornets:
33-39
43-39
27-55
21-61
19-63
44-38

Pistons:
20-52
23-59
17-65
14-68
44-38
60-22*

Rockets:
17-55
20-62
22-60
41-41
52-30*
52-30*

Pels:
31-41
36-46*
42-40
49-33*
21-61
26-56

Ever since Paul left the Pelicans have become a farm team.

Lazy owner who is happy collecting checks and supporting pedophiles.

The hiring of Dumars proves she doesn't take the NBA seriously.

2017-2018 was the best team we ever had. Sure we had more regular season wins in 2008, but we lost to the Spurs, and we would have never beaten the Lakers or Celtics that year in a series.

The Charlotte Hornets have a pretty exciting team with no quit. I wish we had that down here!

It’s funny yall choose the Hornets as the team to say we should be. Lamelo Ball is on like year 6 and arguably just as injury prone as Zion. They beat a Heat team with Tyler Herro and Bam by 1 point. Wow, I’m impressed.

Editing to add that Bam got hurt after 11 minutes and didn’t return. Yes, the Hornets are the model!

Brother

Lamelo, Miller and Kon

All would be our best player/prospect.

They are miles ahead of us.

Meanwhile Pelicans sit at home again.

The most upsetting thing to me is the Pistons. They take our gm and turn things around in no time. While we are stuck with Dumars and their old gm that ran them into the ground is our gm.

Portland TrailBlazers which started the season with the Head Coach in jail and fired is going to playoffs.

Congrats to Jrue and the heart of that team.

Just a horrible place to be as a fan that we have to look around at fellow 20 something win teams so we can feel a little better. There will always be other miserable teams, but as they aren’t saddled with Gayle and a shite market they will have hope of a turnaround.

Not really. The same people saying we should blow it up are commending the Hornets for squeaking by in the playin against a team without their best player. The main difference is the Hornets are in the East and were able to make a winning acquisition by picking up Coby White at the deadline. They are not a great team by any means. Lamelo is just as likely to play 30 games next year and tank their season.

No one is fricking saying this you ignoramus.

It's accepting the harsh reality that for as dysfunctional and hopeless as the Charlotte Hornets are, we're worse. But hey, keep sucking that Pels dick at every turn. It's who you are.

The real failure began when broke dick George didn’t build upon the great core of Paul, West, Chandler etc.

Right it took Coby White turning into Curry, otherwise they won’t be playing an extra game. And you really can’t compare eastern conference teams to western conference teams.
