Old Yeller.

Can't do it. Just can't, knowing how the ending is.

This thread gets posted every few months and it’s interesting how many posters will come to the Movie/TV board and pat themselves on the back about not seeing some of the best known and/or critically acclaimed movies of all time. The Godfather, Star Wars will be mentioned often.

I'd never seen The Godfather until a couple years ago. I had no desire to watch it.

Then, my wife wanted to watch the Paramount+ series "The Offer" about how the movie came to be and it was so good we immediately watched the movies once we were done.

Sometimes people just need a nudge.

The Sound of Music is an all time great movie. Julie Andrews was fantastic, the songs were great, the opening magnificent and on and on.....

It's difficult to understand how a movie lover wouldn't want to see it and also appreciate it.

Miles and miles above 99% of Hollywood drivel these days.

I’ve never seen The Passion of the Christ. I even own it on DVD. It’s still in the plastic wrap.
