I've seen some weird complaints about workplace etiquette, but this is the weirdest.
There's people making dishes that take 2 minutes to heat up that are much more offensive to the senses.

Corporate break rooms and cubicle life has gotta be the most depressing thing about modern society.
It's obviously not working in a coal mine hell but a different type of hell.

We have an ice machine in our kitchen that makes enough noise to where you cant hear the microwave. I like to go in at 1125 and set the timer on it for 10 or 15 minutes. At 1130 there are always 3 or 4 folks who fall for it and stand around watching the timer tick away.

People will say I’m the crazy one, but I find anybody that brings their ‘lunch’ to the office the ultimate NPC.
If I’m in the office that day, you bet your arse I’m taking my opportunity to grab lunch, run errands, etc…and stretch it to 90 min at least.

My easy lunch a few days a week, especially when Im not wanting to go out every day, is a turkey wrap that I wrap in foil. Its fine cold but put that bad boy on the dash and let the cheese melt some and its way better.

Correct, last time I was near a cube farm the personal heaters would constantly trip the breakers. I think a microwave draws even more power than a heater.
