You have natural parts in your hair, there's nothing you can do about it. I could try to part my high and tight on the right, instead of the left, but the part on the left would still be there.

I generally go for the part down the middle lately, but it also sometimes finds its way on one side or the other and it’s OK as well.

Lady cutting my hair one time was having a bad day or something, and she cut it to part the other way. I thought about speaking up when I saw what was happening, but said frick it, this is what the universe is giving me, let's try something new. I rolled with it for a month or two. Felt weird. I never could get used to it.

I did this one day at work a year or two ago. Took a lot of gel to make it not stick up. People were staring at me but couldn’t put their finger on what was different. It was funny. I got a couple of “did you get a haircut?” inquiries but nobody figured it out.
