House killed it.

Trump's EO (still in effect) should get them paid.

I don't know how the expect anyone to show up for work that's not getting paid, especially this long. Not like these people are in a high income bracket and can afford weeks without pay. Most probably live paycheck to paycheck to start with.
Granted once settled they'll get back pay but in the meantime they have bills to pay etc.

They don't. The whole purpose of this is to inflict so much pain on the American people that one side breaks.

The Dems believe that they are not being blamed for this, so they are going to keep going as long as possible

The Republicans believe that they are in the right, so they are going to keep going as long as possible

My cousin flew out Wednesday around noon, and he said no delays. So it seems the morning to be the worst time.

I don't understand how back pay happens for no work performed.

As Ricky Ricardo said, repeatedly, ""Splain me this, Lucy?

You mean where they make you almost miss your flight over travel sized deodorant?

Then you've got to stand there and repack your luggage all over some fricking deodorant.

I’d arrive early to be safe. Mondays have been bad, especially the mornings. It could possibly be better due to the funding but I wouldn’t take the chance.

I flew out this past Monday and it took 5 minutes to get through Clear and security.

I flew back into MSY yesterday and landed at 10:45am. I looked at the TSA line and there was nobody in it. No wait at all.

If she’s using Clear (free 7-day trial), she’ll definitely have no issues. She’ll probably be ok with just normal TSA also.
