I don't think that's obvious at all.
Paul was writing to Timothy specifically about people in the Ephesian church and their misuse of Jewish law.
I believe it's more likely that he was addressing a specific situation (or even an individual woman).
Or are you saying there are older manuscripts that specifically dispute the later inclusion of this text?

I am aware of some ROCOR Churches with former Anglican/Episcopalian priests that perform the Western rite, it feels very Anglo-Catholic but with accompanying Orthodox theology and structure. Probably a good landing spot for the disillusioned, if any were to remain.

Not exactly true, the Anglican Faith predated Henry the VIII, Henry’s need for expediency elevated their standing. Both sides compromised themselves for convenience. A difference without much distinction I know. But my both my Father in Law and Brother in Law are episcopal priests, so I have heard the other side.
My experience with that religion is the tail very much wags the dog and they can (and will) talk themselves into anything.

They are sort of a fake Christian denomination. They bend their doctrines to their wills. Fifty years ago they were real. But not now. And they were formed for political reasons. Sorry, please downvote.
