Senate vote failed again yesterday. TSA agents will miss yet another paycheck I believe tomorrow. So expect this weekend to be very bad

Airports and airlines need to take matters into their own hands and end the charade. Abolish the TSA and do your own thing.

They could do a 1 page bill and fund it and end this

It's not quite that easy.
He can't pay them directly. He would have to make a special gift/donation to the Treasury Department. Congress would then have to pass a special allocation to use that gift to pay the TSA workers.
There's no guarantee that would get passed. Plus it would just kick the can down the road, as well as you still have no allocation for FEMA, civilians who work for the Coast Guard,, etc

Why wouldn't they? The more illegal immigrants, the more they stop the hemorrhaging of population in their states, maintaining their congressional seats for the next census.
That's what this entire thing is about. It's why Democrats have such a hard on for open borders, sanctuary states/cities, etc.

No TSA wouldn’t change a thing. In penetration testing, TSA fails to stop 80% of incidents. It’s worthless

Dems want this to go into Easter, obviously. I assume their polling numbers indicate that a large portion of the public is blaming Trump/GOP so they are going to keep this up
