It won't go near the Quarter with all the regulations. They'll stay on the Dome side of Canal Street. My guess would be Dome to Audubon Aquarium.

The only tunnel I know of in the city is the casino tunnel from Fulton to Poydras

There is/was a tunnel from the Supreme Court clerk to the river.
There still is a 6’ brick tunnel running down St Charles eastbound. The large steel plates in the road are the access points.

This is like the 5th thi g this week(Its Tuesday) that Elon has offered to pay for. Didn't he just offer to pay TSA salaries as well.

What’s the point of a short tunnel like that? Gonna be a nightmare when a wreck happens…pos car breaks down in middle…the brothers start blocking it to rob and kill. Bad idea all around
