Whose Lives Matter? Ninth Circuit Rules on Punishment of Six-Year-Old White Girl Who Said It Was ‘Any Life’
A child punished for saying “any life” matters exposes a deeper truth: in today’s America, dissent from approved narratives isn’t debated—it’s punished.
On X, someone pointed out that, in modern England, any drawings made by children in art class might be considered blasphemous or idolatrous by Muslims:
I replied as follows:
In a related note, a white American 6-year-old was punished for blasphemy against Black Lives Matter (by saying “any life” matters).
A six-year-old white girl was punished because she wrote “Black lives mater/any life [sic]” after a lesson about Martin Luther King in March, 2021—because blacks are treated as sacred by American culture, especially in public schools.
The Pacific Legal Foundation wrote in 2024 (emphases added):
B.B. was introduced to the phrase “Black Lives Matter” in her first-grade class in California, during a lesson about Martin Luther King, Jr. Hearing the phrase, she felt empathy for her friend and classmate who is black. So, B.B. drew a picture of them and two other friends and wrote “Black Lives Mater [sic]” across the top.
Below, she added “any life” and handed the picture to her friend.
Little did she know her caring gesture would prompt a shocking overreaction from the school and a dangerous legal precedent that leaves children completely stripped of constitutional rights.
When B.B.’s classmate took the drawing home, her mother contacted the school, concerned that her daughter was being singled out for her race. In response, the school principal forced B.B. to apologize to her friend, banned her from drawing at school, and banned her from recess for two weeks.

I personally like that they keep overcorrecting on the racism issue. It's making the younger generations less tolerant and having the opposite effect of their intentions.

California will be the first state we go to war with when people get off the internet and actually act.

Sorry if I missed this. But what was the ninth circuits punishment of the 6 year old white girl?
Or is it just telling such a case existed?

I agree the story is ridiculous
But man that article is atrocious. Headline is a Ninth Circuit ruling, and you have to go to the bottom of a lengthy post to discern that the Ninth Circuit ruled against the punishment without anything directly from the ruling.
It's essentially just a rant

The law of unintended consequences isn't exactly concrete, but that's what makes it so dangerous. It's unpredictable.

I hate it. People like BB and her friend are being corrupted by these people.
It was an innocent gesture by this kid, meant to honor her friendship with a black classmate. But, aggrieved adults had to insert their bullshite.

The 9th circuit ruled in favor of protecting the students rights to free expression.
Are we here to scream at the woke school officials that pulled this bone head stunt five years ago again?

I wonder if virtue-signaling phonies like 4cubbies will give a damn about this. Of course, they won't.
So much for "White Privilege." Right, Karen's?

The facts stated, of course, produced an absurd result. I’d like to know the entirety of the uncontroverted facts in this case, however.

Of course you would. Bigot.
Any reasonable person already knows that this action is insane.

Exactly. The girl was already friends with her black classmate. Like basically every 6 year old, she wasn't thinking about race until the "educators" forced her to.
Then when she believed she was acting appropriately based on what she was taught, she got punished.
Now you have a confused little girl whose good nature has been corrupted by shite she didn't need to learn about in the first place. It's tantamount to child abuse.

Easy. Just guard the borders for a few months to prevent white libs from fleeing their disgruntled foreign imports, then go in to mop up.

Seems like it was the black mother that had the problem.
She got all up in her feels about any life mattering. Goes to show you that community is beyond help.

Hopefully she learned a valuable lesson. Trust no one (except MAYBE family) and especially never trust government.

White kids are also learning that trying to associate with blacks isn't worth the trouble.

I cannot fathom what an idiot you must actually be.
Can you not just stfu and read the opinion from the 9th circuit that ruled in favor of the girl and learn something rather than just opening your blowhole every dang time to just fill up space and show every single poster her just how daft you are?
