What mouse do you use for work?

Looking into a new mouse and am open to new types. Any of yall use the kind where you move your cursor by rolling around the ball with your thumb? Does this save your wrist and is it worth it?

I think its just the Dell mouse that came with the desktop. There's so much grit on it that I cant see the logo. In the 20 minutes or so a day that I use it, it's never hurt my wrist. It may be a better mouse than Im aware of. I never really thought about it before. How much money you trying to spend, baw? I'll sell you this one if the price is right

JLab JBuds Ergonomic mouse. $40 at Best Buy. It takes a day or 2 to get used to it.
