Morning:
K2D3 (100 mcg, 125 mcg)
Diindolylmethane (DIM, 200 mg)
Nattokinase (2000 FU)

Pre workout:
Nitric Oxide (2250 mg)
Creatine (Creapure, 10 g, every day even if not working out)

Evening:
Magnesium Glycinate (210 mg)

ETA: Been looking into adding NMN and Omega3. I don’t want to be on too much but if y’all can convince me it would be worth it I wouldn’t have a problem adding them.

NMN is up in the air but a quality omega3 is one of the most important things IMO. Costco sales the sports research brand and it’s top notch.

Pre workout
Creatine
Whey, Egg, Casein mix protein

Considering trying an all in one ‘supplement’ like IM8 but still researching as most of these are just marketing and fancy packaging if anyone has suggestions I’d love to hear them.
