It always seems like a new season starts right when I’m getting tired of the old one.

Ask anyone in December 12 if they’re ready for spring, you’re gonna hear a resounding no. Ask them again in January 12 and you get a much different answer.

Maybe that’s a lesson for life. When it’s time for things to change you’ll be ready for it.

Not super excited about summer but it has its perks. And then, boom, football.

Spring and summer are arse. I’d take Fall/Winter year round if I could.

I think everyone should live at least for a few years in a place that has serious long, cold, dark winters. It makes you appreciate nice weather so much more when you experience that.

For the next 6 months, I have to cut grass every 7 to 10 days in 85 to 95 degree heat with 80 to 90 percent humidity. Give me fall and winter anytime

Lunatic. I imagine 95% of the population would choose Spring and Fall and never look back.

Eta: And that’s even ignoring that we would all die of starvation in your scenario.

Homie, our seasons are fricking hot, hot, less hot and chilly and then the occasional cold front twice a year.

I'm done with the intense summer in the South by the time July rolls round--certainly by September.

This is most likely because you live somewhere hotter than the crack of a fat lady’s arse.

I could do without July 5th through August 31st living in south Louisiana.

After Independence Day and before football season starts, all we have are heat, humidity, rain, mosquitoes, cutting grass every 5 to 7 days, and an occasional hurricane.

(ETA: I guess there is fishing in July and August for some, but I don't do that).

I want to live Spring, but the allergens just wreck me. Give me this 10/10. The coffee and the bourbon just tastes better…

This was one of many reasons we recently moved away from Louisiana.

Spring in south Louisiana is BY FAR the most enjoyable season weather-wise. April is the best month of the year.

6-8 months of 90+ degree weather every year is not nice weather, esp with Louisiana humidity
