Narrative armor will protect her because unless something drastic happens with respect to exposure of known election fraud between now and when the vote is held, they aren't going to get 60 votes in the clear.

That was the vote to allows the filibuster to begin. Then it will still need 60 votes to pass.

The House doesn't have the filibuster/cloture. It's a simple majority rule.
It is still very unlikely that this ever passes unfortunately.
The motion to proceed isn't really a victory, it's a clear sign that we will never get to 60.

Is there a mechanism to make the Dems actually talking filibuster at this point? Or is it the wink and a nod filibuster where you just have to fold because the other side says so.

Maybe POTUS Trump gets heavily involved from his bully pulpit to address the nation a few nights each week regarding why the SAVE AMERICA act is vitally important. TOO many Americans do not even know this is going on!!

Obamacare was about money and control of the population.
SAVE act is existentially core to the nation.
