With how pitching stacks up, tonight is probably the most even matchup of the weekend and LSU is still the favorite.
Vandy’s Saturday starter is out, although Cooper Moore would have been better anyway. William Schmidt is probably the best Sunday starter in the league.

Vandy has a couple guys that have a high propensity for hitting balls over the fence. If we can keep them in the yard and our offense comes out of hibernation, LSU should take this series.

Vandy also has a pitching staff that has the propensity to give the batter first base for free. Need to be patient at the plate.

Casen has been pitching better the last few games. I look forward to seeing how he pitches tonight. Excited to see our offensive approach this weekend with it being the first SEC series.
