Now that they’re not forced to remain Muslim at gunpoint

And do you know who is going to stare down the barrel of a gun if Israel's mission of destabilizing Iran is accomplished?
The same people that always pay the price during any war. The Christians.

Imagine in 10 years being able to visit Iran and go to Mass or church while you're there.

This is the sort of X post that I’m talking about when I say that it’s nearly impossible to discern the truth from social media posts.

Why do people think Christianity is growing so fast there? It really did not have much of a presence right before the 1979 Revolution.
Are missionaries even allowed?

Once the war ends these 1 million will seek asylum in the United States, move to Texas and revert back to Muslim.

Because if you came out as Christian under the previous regime, they would murder you and your family.

Somebody has to keep the executioner’s skills sharp.

Wait please don’t tell me you think all these mosques closed in the past month?
This has been an ongoing story in Iran for a couple of years now.

What, this has all happened in the last 2 weeks? Seems like Christianity has been growing there for a while. Reports saying even more adherents today than before the Revolution.
Seems interesting as to why it is happening.

This has more to do with the growth of secularism and “nothings” growing across the globe. Damian Thompson hosts a region’s podcast for The Spectator and they had a guy from pew research on a couple months ago talking about this.
The whole conversation was pretty sad. The “nothings” (they have no beliefs about spirituality and religion) are experience growth world wide

If it was posted on X with a cool graphic, it must be true.

Actually its very easy to discern...its an illogical take. Why the f*** would iranians be mass converting to christianity? Only ignorant and gullible people fall for fake news like this (aka most people on this board)

An Iranian guy in my office was telling me that you can BE Christian in Iran, but can't convert to Christianity while living in Iran.

I saw something like this about a month ago, I don’t think this is a new trend

The Middle East in general has been moving away from Islam but not so much to a different religion. Anonymous polling shows that most countries show a 10-20% increase in saying "no religous beliefs" and a higher percentage say "no longer attending services." This has caused a massive closing of mosques throughout the region due to lack of interest. It's similar to the decrease in regular church-goers in the Christian world.
