That's impressive. Running 200 meters at 81 years of age alone is quite the feat, but at that rate is really amazing.

Thats pretty insane and awesome. I ran sub 22 in HS, now I'm getting close to 50 and in great shape for my age, but not 100% sure I could go to a track and run a 29 today.
On top of that he did it indoors which is even harder!

Age is just a number, if you take care of yourself and good genetics doesn't hurt either.
