Between this and the Iran situation, the mid-terms going to be a bloodbath.

If they are, the country is dead. I don't know why some people need to put so much energy into whining about it on a message board, since it is so inevitable.

Hmm, just wondering how many are these job losses because of deportations.

It’s almost like people think letting leaders know they are fricking things up will prompt them to reconsider their actions.

Remember in 2016 when Trump came up with the "Muslim ban" and the left went ape shite? I want that radical Trump back.

How much of our current economic situation would you ascribe to Trump?
And what has been his primary errors that have brought us to this economic point?

IMO, jobs numbers are going to be worse and worse from now until the end of time. People can pretend that AI is not a threat to jobs, but it is already replacing most of the entry level corporate jobs.

Sure, for America
Voting blue is literally voting for the death of America as we know it

Absolutely. And at least half the people voting blue think America as we know it should burn.
I don't understand the Iran move. Trump was already fighting an uphill battle with Ai and jobs.

The change in total nonfarm payroll employment for December was revised down by 65,000, from +48,000 to -17,000, and the change for January was revised down by 4,000, from +130,000 to +126,000. With these revisions, employment in December and January combined is 69,000 lower than previously reported. (Monthly revisions result from additional reports received from businesses and government agencies since the last published estimates and from the recalculation of seasonal factors.)
Negative jobs in Dec. BLS needs to be replaced

Not really. At least we’re more moderate on trans youth surgeries.

That’s a fair question to ask. I would think the impact of deportations is lessening with time. AI is probably playing a larger role now and businesses simply aren’t replacing the humans which bodes poorly for the future. Hello UBI.

Not sure how many would have been on payroll.
