I don’t think they expected how easily the left would be beaten in 2024. This administration makes the 2016-2020 term look like Reagan.

Every hotel throughout the country, construction companies, urban city employees are big on hiring them

If they are, the country is dead. I don't know why some people need to put so much energy into whining about it on a message board, since it is so inevitable.
We’ve done it to ourselves. No one to blame but Americans

Not sure how many would have been on payroll.
And wouldn’t these jobs simply be replaced by real Americans now that the illegals are gone? And for higher wages as well.

How much of our current economic situation would you ascribe to Trump?
And what has been his primary errors that have brought us to this economic point?
I don't disagree with your larger argument here, but it cuts both ways. The negatives and the positives fall within this point.

I don't think any sort of medical procedures to trans adults should be legal
I'm way more right wing than Trump

Yet you are voting for Dems who support that
You have to be the dumbest person ever

I joined the line for the first time in 23 years two days ago. Companies are reacting strongly to the AI threat and still don't know what to do with it so they're putting off a lot of big investments or redirecting the money to AI. As an enterprise systems project manager, makes selling new work pretty hard right now.

I agree with that as well.

Between this and the Iran situation, the mid-terms going to be a bloodbath.
I think voters are ok with what we are doing in Iran but Trump needs to wrap it up quickly, otherwise the collateral damage in high gas prices and higher electricity rates due to LNG prices rising will cost him the midterms. Along with poor job creation. If we fail to pass the Save Act then the GOP is definitely toast
There’s just nothing for the right to get excited about to turn out to vote.
Prices aren’t lower.
Economy isn’t better.
Jobs aren’t being created
No spending cuts
No election integrity legislation passed
DOJ hasn’t made any high profile arrests and convictions
Foreign policy success is pretty much the only thing so far. Immigration policy has been solid though most want to see higher deportation numbers

Hmm, just wondering how many are these job losses because of deportations.
AI is most likely the other reason.

I don't think Iran is going to be a big mover in 2026 but if it's still an issue by 2028 the GOP and MAGA are going to get slaughtered for it.

Unfortunately it was going to be a bloodbath even without these 2 things happening.
