Democrats acknowledge an imminent threat to Israel, but not to the U.S. so they oppose war

This has been trending for years, but the U.S. attack on Iran, as a partner with Israel, has forced Democrats (and others) to finally openly oppose protection of Israel and its survival.

This marks a historic paradigm shift in our country’s long-lasting ideology and about sums up what is going on here.

If I’m reading the room appropriately, since there is still support of Israel among most Republicans and Trump, Democrats are banking on people being fatigued of the protection of the Jewish state.

You would think there would be more fatigue about the Ukraine.

If Israel can’t defend itself and accomplish it’s goals without the help of the U.S., then maybe they shouldn’t exist, or at minimum just not get any help.

Not so long ago that was the prevailing sentiment of MAGA.

Is this real life? Yes, who gives a shite about Israel? Not our problem or responsibility to protect them. We’ve given them hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of American lives. If they can’t swim on their own by now, cut them off and let them drown.

Does it matter?

As Rubio correctly pointed out - if there had been an attack... if Iran so much as shot at one of our naval ships, and there was intelligence of planning in advance... the Democrats would have hauled half of the administration before BS hearings, posturing for midterms.

The arguments we heard from SOS Rubio and Speaker Johnson is:

“Israel was going to attack Iran, and Iran was going to retaliate against the US installations as a result”

“”So we had to take action to protect our assets in the area”

This was their own words.

Why not both?

I support Israel and their right to defend themselves and have a state.

I don't see how that requires me, us or anyone else to give them billions in aid or fight endless wars in pursuit of their agenda when it doesnt suit the best interests of the United States of America?

That’s not true. I don’t see that at all. Trump has always been a friend of Bibi and Israel.

The numbers may not completely back it up, but if we’re picking teams for war I’ll choose the Israelis before I’m picking Britain.

You are not looking at the big picture. Who buys most of their oil from Iran and Venezuela?

Trump is owned by Bibi & Israel.

And… before anyone says I have TDS, I voted for Trump in 2016, 2020, & 2024.

It’s amazing how little people in the country understand how controlled we are by Israel, and the Jews.

Who is Larry Finklestein (Fink for short)? He & Blackrock, Vanguard, State Street control the entire US Economy. They control our media, Hollywood, Big Pharma, Big Tech. Epstein made sure that Israel controlled most of Washington.

The criticism comes from the US admitting that Israel is forcing our hand.

The stated rationale for US involvement from our leaders is not about any imminent threats of Iran’s program.

Israel is riding the momentum from Oct.7 patriotism and felt like there was enough support now.

So Bibi convinced Trump to move all this support to the region over the past few weeks.

To them, we are goyim. Cattle. Their Talmud even says that they're allowed to steal from us, enslave us, and that even the best of us should be killed. Then, when they need some money, it's "Judeo-Christian". frick that shithole AND Netanyahu. Mark my words, even if we do get Iran subdued, the Israelis will try to get us to go after Turkey next. They're already laying the groundwork for it.

I’m talking about MAGA, not Trump. You’re going to have to gaslight someone else.

Iran took our hostage in 1979.

They tortured Buckley

They killed 241 Marines that were peaceful keeping troops in Lebanon.

They have attacked our ships, mined international waters and attacked civilian ships.

They have sponsored terrorism worldwide.

They have said they are at war with us for years.

They killed and maimed our troops in Iraq with IEDs

They have tried to assassinate our President.

Houthis, Hamas and Hezbolleh are their proxies.

They chant Death to America and have killed Americans.

They deserve everything we can do to them. And hopefully the Persian people can be free. But they can’t be allowed to have nukes or threaten the us bases with missiles.

If Israel is our friend, why are they forcing our hand to go into a war nobody but the warhawks want?

Might as well have Cruz or Lindsay Graham in the White House.

And in ‘doing to them’ we are also ‘doing to ourselves’

The former Soviet Union didn’t collapse because they built a mighty military, they collapsed because they spent themselves out of existence building that mighty military.

I am not a Democrat and do not care if Israel is in jeopardy. America First.
