Elijah Blue Allman arrested for trespassing at NH prep school

Police in Concord, New Hampshire, arrested the son of musicians Cher and Gregg Allman on assault charges.
In a brief statement, the Concord Police Department said that it responded to the St. Paul’s School a little before 7 Friday night after a caller reported an “unwanted guest.”
The police say that Elijah Allman, 49, of Malibu, California, has no known association with the college-preparatory, co-educational boarding school but was there “in the dining hall causing a disturbance and acting belligerently.”
Police arrested Allman and charged him with two counts of simple assault and a count each of criminal trespassing, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. He was processed and released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned at a later, unscheduled date.

Released on his own recognizance? WTF? His own recog. is about as faulty as any we've heard of recently.
A 49 year old man causing a disturbance at a private school for teenagers and younger? What's to keep him from repeating ? Or worse?

"Trucks Family" being the operative phrase. Butch Trucks is not the father of Derek Trucks.
And Gregg's son Devon Allman is extremely talented. Certainly not on Derek Trucks' level, but a fabulous guitarist. Devon was recently on the Jimi Hendrix Tribute tour with Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Zakk Wylde, Marcus King, Dweezil Zappa, Eric Johnson and others, and he held his own.
