Experience with custom suits in New Orleans or Baton Rouge

I’m interested in purchasing my first Made-to-Measure or Bespoke suit. There are dozens of places to do this online, but I’m wary about the fit without in-person measurements.
Does anyone have first hand experience with these tailors?
Baton Rouge:
Martinez
George Bass
New Orleans:
Rubensteins
Luca Falcone
Kilby
Tweeds
Harper & Jones

Did my wedding suit with Harper and Jones this past year and they nailed it. It’s not a walk in store you have to set up a private appointment. I met with a young lady named Lakan and she knocked it out the park. Ivory Italian suit that i was nervous wouldn’t fit right because my body changes so much from working out but it ended up perfect. It’s costs though. I paid $2800 and that was on the lower end

If you want the full in person experience, godspeed. With that said, for about a third of the price, you can go through a company like Proper Cloth who will send you things to try on, do a video conference with you regarding measurements and fit, and then pay for any tailoring that needs/do a full remake if necessary. Just something to consider.

I use Manuel Martinez in Baton Rouge. He can suit you up for about $3K. Stay away from the shirts though, 4 for $1100 is steep.

One of my best friends does sales/measurement visits for Pearce Bespoke. They do a lot of the LSU athletes, and they have cool options like custom liners with your own sentimental photo/image choices or whatever you like (perfect for, say, a wedding). You also don't have to opt for that, obviously.
They come to you at your home or workplace or whatever for each step of the way.
My friend is easy on the eyes too if that matters

You'll get other opinions on here, but trust me on this one.
George Bass in Baton Rouge or New Orleans.
LA isn't some large metro like NYC, LA, Dallas where you have multiple options. If you want your MTM/Bespoke suit to actually fit, go through George Bass.
They will also ensure it's tastefully done and you don't spend a bunch of money to look like an idiot.
