Unless it’s all by plan.

Force the owners to sell so Muslims can buy the properties for pennies on the dollar to take the next step in the Muslim invasion of America

I see the fees, but damn, $200 a night in New York City can’t be THAT expensive, no?

Well, the “greatest city in the world” is about to get an economics lesson on why socialism doesn’t work. Just wait until businesses flee the city and the economy starts crumbling. They’ll tell you how that’s somehow Trumps fault and less business is a good thing.

He'll just sprinkle some magic Muslim Communist fairy dust on it to make it work.

Purpose: The fee supports the operations and, at times, renovations of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

Javitz is a huge convention center on the west side. This tax primarily is for that.

$63 in taxes...

On a $132 hotel room ...

48% in taxes on the purchase.

These are all the taxes and hotel fees being charged just to stay one night

$63.80 in taxes and fees is high on a $133.15 room, but if you take out the "Urban Fee" then it's in line with most major cities at around 21%.

Urban Fee is just a resort fee with a different name. Same as Nashville, Vegas, Orlando, Chicago, etc.

The "Urban Fee" does not go to the city or state. It is strictly profit for the hotel. They will sometimes say it pays for wifi, gym access, etc. but all it is is a profit maker.

I travel there for business a couple of times a year and can almost always get them to remove the fee.

Right. The hotel is for one of the Arlo hotels, which are pretty decent for all those saying it must be a shitty hotel.

Urban fee tax makes it seem like they're taxing the urban fee they're requiring them to pay. Leave it to the commies to figure out how to tax you on taxes you pay.

Excellent intel. Thank you. They get away with it because people have just become acclimated to being taxed to death and don't question it any more.
