Prediction: Although scummy and super unethical, I bet by the strict letter of the law, her 'dealings' will be found to be technically legal. Much like Trump and his 'tax breaks', which totally everyone knows about and does themselves.

Her husband has.
I've looked at his trades.
They are often leveraged, and heavily skewed to Bay Area and Silicon Valley companies. They often involve transactions which mature months out.
Is it likely he garnered insider information?
100%.
Is it likely that will be provable in court?
Not likely at all.
