The Rex organization has really fallen off

First, the news that the Queen attends TCU… a… I struggle to say this… a Big XII school!!
Then apparently her parents are divorced! Her bio on Nola.com references daughter of (guy) and stepdaughter and daughter of (another guy and a woman)
Meeting of the Courts gonna be awkward tonight…

Reading the Advocate's write up felt like I was reading a small town newspaper gush over the local rich white family. Apparently, her family has been high up in Rex since the 1800s and her grandmother cried when she was announced queen as she was also a queen in the 50s. Said the girl went to Newman and then TCU, so they obviously are loaded. It just felt like an out of touch piece.
