Ok. So the grocery stores stop stocking shelves until they are empty, change store hours to 2 days a week open for 2 hours those days and hire a few security guards to guard the property until the lease is up.

She has no authority to even get close to that though

You know what will solve the problem of grocery stores shutting down?

Government run food centers.

With government cards allotting equitable amounts of foods to every person.
