The Epstein story is like a Rorschach test.

People are all over the map. You have people in threads on this very site - front page - saying it's no big deal, everyone is exaggerating, etc.
Same front page - we will go to war and our entire government will fail if the info is released.

It's been over 20 years since Epstein was first arrested, multiple administrations, multiple prosecutors, multiple investigators, and not one arrest other than Epstein and Maxwell. If there was anything else there that was prosecutable, it would have happened already.

This isn't what I said. Don't be dishonest. I said the people who were correct about this stuff warned about full societal collapse if the full truth were known. And yes, that could POTENTIALLY lead to declarations of war as governments are toppled and tyrants declare war to try to maintain their grip on power.
I also said I don't know if there was any truth in any of it and expressed gratitude that the people pulling the strings aren't so myopic as to just dump everything unredacted.

It is a big deal. Serious crimes against underage girls were committed.
No administration has wanted to bring it to light because it’s a nightmare for a lot of very powerful and influential people. So it was not dealt with.
Then the podcasters made such a major deal about how bad it was and brought so much attention to it. Then the Trump admin made comments that only made people question it more, then the DOJ and FBI botched it so badly that it has become a bigger deal. Now Congress is involved with oversight committees. And passed a vote that the evidence must be released. So they are going to demand that the DOJ not hide or redact who was involved. .
If powerful people on both sides get exposed, so be it.
But no, our government will not fail if the info is released.

But where is your direct-credible evidence to suggest it extended beyond those 3?
After dozens of lawsuits, 2 prosecutions, and millions of documents we have found none.

Have the survivors been interviewed by the DOJ?
In the hearing yesterday it appeared not to be the case… I believe it was brought up when Goldman was questioning Bondi.
I really don’t care about guilting people who just went to parties. They can get over the PR hit and move on without serving time.
But if there were crimes then justice must be carried out.

I imagine many (most?) of them participated in the aforementioned civil suits/claims.
And effectively nothing prevents them from telling their stories outside of a DOJ setting.
