If you’re thinking of moving here it’s a great state but be prepared for allergy season to be 365 days long. TN is the worst state to have sinus issues year round.

People from Baton Rouge are used to this.

Nashville is horrific though. It get's pollen from every direction and of all types.

The Nashville Basin is particularly susceptible to bad air quality, including pollen. shite just gets blown into basin and can't get out. My wife never had seasonal allergies until she moved to Nashville with me. I grew up with them and just thought it was a thing every place had. When I moved to Louisiana, there were definite seasons that affected me, but not nearly as relentlessly as Nashville.

I can vouch for this. Worst allergy attacks I ever had were when I lived in Nashville.

It's a damn shame that the good Lord wasted the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains on the state of Tennessee.

You're going to have to narrow that one down. We have a lot of those here.

How are the allergies in the Knoxville area?

I am in San Antonio and the allergies here are horrible, so bad I am looking to move. How do the Eastern Tennessee allergies compare to San Antonio?

Thanks,
BC
