An example of workplace FAFO.

There’s probably a lot of history there but the moment a dude puts his hand on you like that? After repeated requests to stop?
Time to figure it out the old way

Don’t touch me bro.
Looks like white guy was in the wrong just from that clip. Both will get fired.

Dude was told plenty of times. FAFO.

Just put a couple of tack welds on it and get back to work.

Just judging from what was said, black dude maybe shouldn’t have been on his phone at work or something, but white dude should have known better than to lay hands on a man and not expected what he got.
Don’t lay hands on a man unless you’re prepared to have hands laid on you.

The jolt I feel inside me when someone who absolutely needs a face adjustment catches that first one is so satisfying.

The black guy definitely showed a lot of patience there. He would have been justified jumping that guy a lot earlier than he did. A textbook example of FAFO for sure

Deserved. Given many chances, chose violence.

Putting your hands on someone’s neck like that after being told repeatedly to stop. Yeah white boy deserved that arse whooping.

I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often on job sites.

The cracker FAFO is what I see

This is how things are supposed to be handled

Maybe I'm in the wrong, but I honestly think this type of behavior needs to happen more in the work place. It would help weed out bad supervision who think they own the employees.

That butt whooping reminded me of Richard Pryor when his grandmother would whip him and talk with each lick explaining why he was getting whooped….” I pop told pop you pop to pop quit pop…..haha
