Trans is not a thing. Are men not allowed to wear dresses anymore? Not allowed to paint their nails or like rom coms? because that’s all it is, and it’s not illegal.
Being legally recognized (for whatever reason) as the opposite sex by pretending “gender” was ever meant to mean anything different is nonsense.
When you say buck and doe do you mean acts like a buck or doe, or male and female deer. Same for cow / bull, man / woman. It’s just easier to have a single word than articulate sex and species
Should you be allowed to put a different age on your ID because you think it describes you better? No, but you can “act” whatever age you want. People may think it’s strange at some point but who cares.
