The moment they stepped foot inside that church with any intention other than joining the service, they broke the law by interfering with those parishioners right to practice their religion freely. He is guilty. Cut and dry. And likely on conspiracy to deprive their rights as well if it can be shown it was coordinated beforehand, which you know it was.

From what I've seen- Don Lemon provides the proof himself. Both in the video of the actual invasion and in comments he's made afterwards. It's been said there's a video made from before they invaded but I haven't seen that one myself.
